The primary responsibility of MI AIM participants is to implement the collaborative’s patient safety bundles.
Patient safety bundles are a set of evidence-based guidelines offering clinical and non-clinical staff resources aimed at improving clinical care processes and patient outcomes. Patient safety bundles help fully equip hospitals with actionable protocols, necessary equipment, staff education and staff drills to prevent and adequately treat severe maternal events.





MI AIM has a team of subject matter experts, data analysts and quality improvement specialists available to answer maternal health improvement questions.
